Built: 1945, at Cal Shipyard of Los Angeles, CA  -  Length: 455 feet
The ship saw service at the end of WWII, in the Korean War and Vietnam. In 1988 it was conveyed to the U.S. Merchant Marine Veterans of World War II (a non-profit group) and has been restored and maintained by volunteers. The ship is based in San Pedro, Calif. as a museum and makes several trips out each year for a days cruising.

IN PORT                                  There is a Cruise Terminal across the way - Lane Victory looks a little small.
