USS Ranger CV-61 is in Phase II of becoming a Portland Museum In February of 1994 USS Blueback SS-581 voyaged here from the Puget Sound The boat is now at Portland's Museum of Science & Industry

During WWII, Portland was a large ship building area. In BLUE; the 2 "Ks" mark the Kaiser Plants and the "O" marks the Oregon Ship Building Site
