 This is
a Victory Cargo Ship ( VC2-S-AP3) as it sails away from Portland, ready
for service. There were 120 of them built and delivered between
November 1942 and March 1945. Six more had their keel layed and seven
more had been launched.
 An Attack Transport VC2-S-AP5, built on the AP3 hull. 30 were constructed.
 A Liberty Ship, built in a record 10 days before launching.
