Create STORAGE for DISASTER RELIEF SUPPLIES
Provide an OUT POST for HOMELAND SECURITY
Perhaps somebody will draw the attention of
Paul Gardner Allen of Microsoft Investments in Seattle, Washington
to this project which she could help finance.
