● The public has no idea what support keeps a fighting ship operating.
● Don't be in a hurry.
● Museum should be a Historically Preserved NATIONAL MUSEUM.
● The AO-143 class Oiler is an ideal ship to house a museum:
................143's were the 1st oilers designed to support a carrier task force.
................143's were the 1st oilers to have a streamlined silhouette.
................146 is the only oiler to have a rear fueling rig of its class.
................146 has world historical ties.
● Museum must include history of AD's, AE's, AK's, AO's, T-AKE, Etc.
● Recruit Financial help possibly from:

● At least 100 prominent, homeless veterans could convert ship.
● Homeless veterans could live on ship and police their own.
● Museum needs to be in populated area on the Atlantic or Pacific.
