After
breakfast in the hotel restaurant we met in the lobby at 8:30 to drive
a few short blocks to the Cosmosphere Space Center where, at an IMAX
THEATER,
we were first show an impressive movie on how the new space station was
constructed, to date.

artifact collection second only to the National Air and Space Museum
and
the largest collection of Russian space artifacts found outside of
Moscow,
the Cosmosphere’s Hall of Space Museum is uniquely positioned to tell
the
story of the Space Race.

members, displayed our memories that we know to date about the Kawishiwi.

by Bus
to the Exploration
Place in Wichita.

A
delicious Banquet
was served with music supplied by Nancy's sister, husband and sisters
daughter.
A few Kawishiwi items were auctioned off, the annual Gift Exchange was
held being trinkets from attending crew members state. A short Business
Meeting was held. It was hoped the Robert Taylor would agree to host
the
reunion in Mobil Alabama. The highlight of the evening was Bernard
DeVries
account of his surprise diploma he received while attending his
grandson
graduation. Bernard also presented a jar of honey to each attending
