| This is Vern and Letha's trip map. They entered Hutchinson via Hwy. 96 traveling 31 miles from Lyons. On the 21st there was a Bus Trip to Wichita on a route by the airport, South along a country road and continued on Hwy 96. On Sunday the 22nd they left town via 4th Av., bought gas, hit McDonalds, and left via down town and Hwy. 96, heading toward Wichita that eventually gets them through Missouri and to Arkansas by night fall. |
