I would say call me but right now is not a good time because I just got called to actived duty. I'm still in the navy reserve. I'm in CHB -9 out of Cincinnati, Ohio I'll try to keep u guys up tp date with  what's happing, ok. I leave on JAN.07,04 but if u like to call my house at anytime before I leave please do. It's best to call about 8:00pm. Well got to go call or write back.

I wish I could be there for the reunion but I'm in a Navy Cargo Handling Battalion. which is over here in KUWAIT. Right now we plan to go home some time in September. at least we hope so. Thanks for the e-mail, ok. Maybe next time myself and my wife could come to the reunion, ok. Well got to go, so have fun, tell everyone that BM1PERKINS says hi. Thanks again.

Reunion 2007 in Branson, MO. Richard had Jim Ostrenga take photos at the reunion and were they ever great. Richard met Jim while serving on LPD-13 out of Norfolk.

Richard retired as BM-1 after 21 years. His last hitch had him in Kawait.
