The RW Lowman Family Photo
Album
On May
29, 1994, just hours before what
would have
been his 74th birthday, Robert Whitney Lowman passed away at his home
in
Alderwood Manor, WA. Good friend Ed Robinson, from USS Braine days, had
been there. After a twenty one gun salute at Floral Hills, an American
flag was given to Margaret as a memoriam to honor a well-loved and
respected
Captain. Standing tall and strong, she has mustered up all of her
strength
to receive it on behalf of Captain RW Lowman, her lifelong partner and
friend. In just three weeks they would have been married for 50 years.
