JOYCE, TOM E. "JAWS" (62-63) – Tom was a BM2 aboard the AKS-4. He resides at 1750 Churchwood Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45238 PH: 514-922-1299 with his wife Mary Ellen. They have three daughters, and two sons. Tom left the navy in November 1963. He also served aboard the USS KAWISHIWI (AO-146) and the USS CASTOR (AKS-1). After leaving the navy, he worked for the U.S. Merchant Marine as an Able Seaman/Wheelman. He also worked for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad as a Fireman & Engineer. He worked for Penn Central RR as an Engineer in Ohio and Indiana. He also worked as a Bus Driver for the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit. He would like to locate K.D. Bowman (BUMS) who was a RD aboard the AKS-4 with him. He said he would attend the Biloxi reunion.
