Scorpius moored with Hess at Rodman docks about 1400 on sunday, February 13.
The Canal Authority prefers to do their inspections at the Rodman Dock for these dead ship tows rather than at anchorage.
 They have to load facilities for the riding crew as well,

Westar's tug  Scorpius SCORPIO ........................................ by: WESTAR MARINE SERVICES The tug towed H. H. Hess  down along  the Pacific coast to the Panama Canal . The Hess continued up to Brownsville Texas Just like she towed the USS TALUGA AO-62 JULY/AUGUST 2010
