Kawishiwi refueled some with the Idependance. She carries a lot of regular diesal for the regular ships.
Independence has the capacity to do refueling with thier own group now.
Kawishiwi just gives them some extra food stores and special fuel sometimes. Only if they are in a hurry.
Modern Carriers are doing the job of the old style oliers. They have better modern Pier refueling capacity also.
